Need some help, please

I have extended my hand of friendship to the nations of The Mercantile Collective and the United Black Nations. The Mercentile Collective's leader has a problem registering, it says the email does not go with the name or something to that effect. Could I get someone with the ability to help him go to my nation, look him up in my allies, and help him through the process? I would greatly appreciate it.
