Charter of the IANW
Article I. Joining
IA. Format
A nation may join if they swear the following oath.

IB. Requirements
A nation may not be involved in any conflicts when applying for the alliance.
Article II. Government
IIA. President
The President will be the leader of the alliance. He/she will have the power to declare war, form treaties, and otherwise govern the alliance. The President may not remove a member unless the Supreme Council agrees in a majority vote. The President will be elected every election. Any member may run for office.
IIB. Vice President
The Vice President will have the same powers as the President, minus the ability to declare war and form treaties. He/she may nominate members to be ejected if approved by the President and the Supreme Council votes the member out. In the event of the President’s absence, the Vice President will be in charge. If the President resigns, the Vice President will automatically be nominated for the Presidential elections. The Vice President is choosen by the President before elections as his running mate.
IIC. General of the Imperial Alliance
The General directs the IANW war machine. He/she may suggest a war to the President, and if it is approved by all parties within, war will begin. If it fails, he/she may gather supporters and go to war independently. The General is a member of the Supreme Council. The General is elected at every election.
IID. Presidential Advisor
The Presidential Advisor is the individual who advises the President on matters of the alliance. He/she may suggest anything that may better the alliance to the President, but will not make executive decisions. The Presidential Advisor is a member of the Supreme Council. They are elected every election day.
IIE. Vice Presidential Advisor
The Vice Presidential Advisor is the individual who speaks with the Vice President on alliance matters. He/she may suggest anything to the Vice President, who will in turn suggest it to the President if deemed a good idea. He/she may not make any decision without authority from the President and Vice President. The Vice Presidential Advisor is a member of the Supreme Council. Elected every election day.
IIF. Judge of the Imperial Court
The Judge is in charge of trials of all members and government officials. He/she may decide if a new law is against the Charter or Code of Ethics. The Judge may suggest new laws or decisions. He/she will have no power to make executive decisions. He/she is elected every election. The Judge is on the Supreme Council.
IIG. Supreme Advisor
The Supreme Advisor is the government official in charge of advising the alliance as a whole. He/she will not be able to make decisions unless placed in charge by the President or Vice President in the event of their absence, or if one of them resigns. The Suprem Advisor may nominate members for expulsion. He/she is the Head of the Supreme Council and will decide on what issues to take on and when. The Supreme Advisor is not an elective position. He/she is to replace the VP if the President or VP resigns.
IIH. IANW official Ambassador
Tazzy, who is the founder of IANW, will always be the IANW ambassador until he decides to give it up. The ambassador is on the Supreme Council.
III. The People
The members of IANW will vote for the officials.
Article IIJ. Removal
IIJA. Removal of a Member by Choice
A member may leave the alliance at any time without penalty by the government.
IIJB. Removal of a Member by Force
If deemed necessary by the President, Vice President, or Imperial Advisor, the expulsion of a member may be put up for a vote on the Supreme Council. If the member is expelled, any measures may also be taken against them.
IIJC. Removal of a Government Official
Government officials may be impeached by a vote of the Supreme Council. The higher the rank, the more support is needed.

Any Supreme Council: 3/5
IV. Revision of the Charter
Any member may submit a revision to the Charter. The entire government will vote on it, and if passed, the revision will be made. If it fails, it will be cancelled.
